It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they arrive
in adequate time to complete check-in procedures and have the necessary
valid documents for travel. Nicolas Villas Ltd cannot be held responsible
for clients being refused travel due to the clients failure
to supply the correct travel documents at check-in. Airlines reserve
the right to refuse boarding of passengers who have not completed
check-in procedures 40 minutes prior to departure. Boarding may
also be refused if a passengers conduct or behaviour is deemed
to be a threat to fellow passengers, e.g. under the influence of
alcohol. The lead client

named on the booking is responsible for any loss or damage caused
to the accommodation, its fixtures and fittings by any
member of its party. The client agrees to indemnify
Nicolas Villas Ltd against any claims, including legal
costs made against Nicolas Villas Ltd by or on behalf
of any property owner. On certain properties the client
may be asked to leave a key and breakages deposit locally,
this may be up to £300 in certain cases. Clients will
be advised of the amount prior to departure and, subject
to no damage or breakages, the deposit will be refunded
on the day of departure from the accommodation.

Nicolas Villas Ltd, reserves the right to decline a booking, or terminate a holiday
booking without prior notice, where the clients
conduct or behaviour, or that of any member of the client's
party for which the client has accepted responsibility
for by signing the booking form, is disruptive, or for
which their behaviour affects the enjoyment of other
holiday makers or local residents. Any cost incurred
by the client or a member of the clients party
due to early termination of the holiday on such grounds
must be met by the client. Nicolas Villas Ltd cannot
accept liability for the cost of early termination.
