Villas Ltd does not accept liability for any services,
such as flights or car hire, unless payment for these
services is made direct to Nicolas Villas Ltd. The limit
of Nicolas Villas Ltd’s liability is the sum of
the accommodation costs plus the cost of charges of
any other services provided by Nicolas Villas Ltd. Nicolas
Villas Ltd cannot accept liability for circumstances
arising out of its control, amounting to ‘force
majeure’, including war or threat of war, industrial
action, terrorist activities, riot, civil war, weather,
failure of electric, gas or water supply, noise etc.
Some buildings work is inevitable, even in the unspoilt
Western Algarve. Where evident Nicolas Villas will mention
this within

the brochure, but in many cases properties
are viewed prior to production of the brochure. Building
work can start at any time, without prior knowledge
of Nicolas Villas Ltd and is entirely out of Nicolas
Villas' control.
If Nicolas Villas becomes aware, or is notified of any
additional building work that is likely to affect the
quality or enjoyment of the clients holiday accommodation,
Nicolas Villas will contact the client and (if available)
offer the client alternative accommodation as outlined
in the terms ‘change of accommodation’.
The contract and all matters arising from it shall be
governed by English Law and will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
