Every effort will be made by Nicolas Villas to accommodate
any changes by the client in dates or accommodation
within the administration charges. However, if Nicolas
Villas cannot make changes to the client’s satisfaction
due to circumstances beyond its control, be it availability
of property resulting in cancellation of confirmed accommodation
not being occupied, cancellation charges will be invoked.
In the unlikely event that Nicolas Villas Ltd has to
change accommodation after the client has confirmed
the booking and payment has been cleared through Nicolas
Villas Ltd’s bank account, alternative accommodation
of a similar, or higher standard (based on the

brochure price) will be offered. Any additional costs incurred
will be met by the client. In the event that accommodation
of a similar or higher standard is unavailable, accommodation
of a lower retail price will be offered and the difference
in price refunded. If the alternative accommodation
is not acceptable, the limits of Nicolas Villas' liability
will be a full refund of the cost of the original accommodation
booked. Please note: due to demand, accommodation may
be sourced from alternative suppliers, therefore representations
made in the brochure or website may not apply. In these cases,
details will be given at time of booking and in the
final itinerary.
