All car hire rates quoted by Nicolas Villas are fully inclusive
rates. Dependent upon supplier, an additional deposit may be required
at time of collection to cover petrol and insurance excess. Credit
card or cash is acceptable. If the vehicle is returned with a full
tank of petrol and undamaged, the credit card slip or cash will
be returned. Drivers must be over 23 years and have held a clean
licence for at least one year. The driver is bound by the terms
and conditions of the hirer and the applicable laws in which the
hire takes place. For all car hire only bookings made more than 10 weeks

prior to departure, a deposit of 25% of the total booking cost, per vehicle
is required to reserve the choice of vehicle
group and secure the price. The balance of the car hire
must be paid to Nicolas Villas at least 8 weeks prior
to departure. For all bookings made within 10 weeks
of departure full payment is required upon receipt of
confirmation. Extra drivers, roof racks, child seats
and on-airport collection/drop off facility is usually
free, these items are known as Special Requests. Please
specify at time of booking if any special requests are
required.
