Cancellation after confirmation of booking will result in forfeit
of deposit paid. Cancellation of booking within 84 days
but not less than 28 days will result in 50% cancellation
charges being applied. Cancellation of booking within
28 days will result in 100% cancellation charges being
applied. All cancellations must be notified to Nicolas
Villas Ltd, in writing by the lead passenger nominated
on the initial booking confirmation. Clients must also
be aware that for cancellation of individual party members,
e.g. a reduction in the party size, may also lead to
cancellation charges being applied by the flight and/or
car hire operator for change of booking details.
