| A refundable security
deposit of £100 will be included in the clients
Confirmation Account and shall be payable with the holiday
balance. For some properties the deposit required maybe higher,
the actual amount will be reconfirmed at time of booking.
Any breakages or damages should be reported
to the accommodation manager as soon as they occur,
so they can be rectified prior to the arrival of the
next clients. Subject to the deduction (where appropriate)
of any breakages or damages, telephone bills, excess
cleaning costs, replacements or repairs etc, deposits
will be refunded within 21 days or less of the clients
return. Alternatively we can offer a security deposit waiver
option for the nominal amount of £5 per booking.
