Provisional bookings will be accepted by e-mail, post,
telephone or in person. Where accommodation is booked,
this will be provisionally booked at time of booking
and accommodation is only then confirmed subject to:
(i) receipt and clearance of the payment requested at
time of booking;,
(ii) the client having returned a completed and signed
the booking form;
(iii) a confirmation receipt having been issued by Nicolas
Villas Ltd.
For late bookings, provisional confirmation will be
made and it is the

client’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are cleared
prior to their departure, including, where necessary, the cost of
accelerated cheque clearance. Only under special circumstances and
with Nicolas Villas' authorisation can we accept any other
method of payment. All confirmations will be issued in writing.
We reserve the right to decline a booking. A contract will come
into force once we have accepted your booking and a confirmation
receipt has been issued.
