GAS, WATER & ELECTRIC

At all our properties (unless stated otherwise), all gas, water and electric is included in the cost of your accommodation (except gas bottles for pool heating). As most gas is supplied by bottle, these can run out from time to time, although our accommodation managers make a regular check on this. Should you have any concerns with the gas supply or require a change of bottle during your stay, please contact your accommodation manager immediately. In peak periods it is not unusual for demand on main services to outstrip supply and interruptions to these services can be experienced from time to time. Interruptions to main services are totally beyond our control. A shortage of rainfall, as here in Britain, can mean water shortages from time to time.
