Accommodation booked is usually available on arrival to the client,
however at peak times this may not be until after 3pm. In the case
of early flight arrivals, accommodation may not be available upon
your arrival, although every effort will be made to make your accommodation
available for your arrival and minimize any inconvenience. All clients
are asked to vacate their accommodation by 10:00am on the day of
departure irrespective of the time of arrival, unless by prior arrangement
your accommodation has been kept available for a late

departure. (However we cannot guarantee this at peak time.) Should
you have a late departure every effort will be made by the resort
to accommodate your luggage until your departure from the resort.
Please advise the resort reception in the early stages of your holiday
if you require this service (Resorts only). Please also note that
at some resorts or properties a security deposit may be required
against damages or breakages.
